Beef bone-in Rib Steaks

4 bone-in rib steaks

1/4 rancher orange blossom honey

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tsp. salt

2 tsp. black pepper

2 tsp. ground mustard

2 tsp. chilli powder

Rub each steak with 1 tbls. of honey. Combine remaining ingredients and rub onto steaks. Let stand 20 to 30 minutes then cook until desired doneness.
