Christina Ann Mintz (Source: Brunswick Co. Narcotics Unit)BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) - The Brunswick County Narcotics Unit arrested and charged Chris Todd Ussery and Christina Ann Mintz in the Southport area, Wednesday, Jan. 9, for possession of illegal drugs.
Ussery, 45, is charged with conspire to sell/deliver a controlled substance and trafficking in opium or heroin.
Mintz, 35, is charged with possession with the intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a controlled substance and trafficking in opium or heroin.
Bond is set at $400,000.
