WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Officers from the Wilmington Police Department along with the SABLE helicopter spent part of Wednesday morning looking for two suspects who allegedly entered a home and stole three peoples' wallets in Wilmington.

According to New Hanover County Dispatch, it happened on Montclair Drive off of Wilshire Boulevard. The call came in just after midnight Wednesday morning.

An officer from the Wilmington Police Department said two people with masks knocked on the door of the house, which is occupied by three college students.

When someone answered the door, the suspects allegedly pushed their way through and stole wallets from the home. One of the victims told police one of the suspects was armed.

 No one was injured.
