
ELIZABETHTOWN, NC (WECT) – Four people face charges in connection to an illegal liquor house in Elizabethtown that was shut down by North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement agents recently, according to a news release from the North Carolina Department of Public Safety.
According to the news release, on New Year's Eve, ALE agents shut down the house in the 110 block of Robin Drive, seizing 206 liters of beer, 17 liters of wine, 37 liters of spirituous liquor, $933 in U.S. currency, an ounce of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, a handgun and five widescreen LED TVs.
