Chisel Segura (Source: Facebook)WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – A woman battling cancer – for the
second time - who was recently surprised with a "Dream Day" has passed away.
Chisel Segura, of Wilmington, was given a dream day before
the holidays, but was unable to attend because she was rushed to the hospital.
A genie, however, still took her two children on a shopping
spree, helicopter ride and to a resort at Wrightsville Beach to help them
escape reality for a day.
Segura, 33, had been fighting cancer for three years. She
was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2009, and then again in 2010.
