WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Another wet morning commute is expected across the area as this pesky front continues to meander just to our south. Low pressure out of the northern Gulf of Mexico will soak South Carolina and Georgia today. We will remain just close enough to the action to see light rain again particularly along the Brunswick and New Hanover County coastlines.
High pressure moves in this afternoon bringing drier conditions as we head into the weekend. Look for high temperatures for the next few days to settle into the mid 50s, lows in the low 30s.
A dry cold front Sunday into Monday will once again briefly cool us down for next week.
