James Manuel Scott (Source: Columbus Co.)COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC (WECT) - The Fair Bluff Police Department, North Carolina State Bureau of Investigations and the Columbus County Narcotics Unit arrested James Manuel Scott, age 63, Friday afternoon, according to a press release.
Scott was arrest on felony warrants for 4 counts of trafficking opium, 1 count of maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place, according to officials.
He is currently being held under a $450,000 secure bond in the Columbus County Detention Facility.
Earlier this year Scott was also arrested for drugs along with former Fair Bluff police chief Marty Lewis.
