WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Weather conditions in the northern
part of the country are impacting some flights out of Wilmington.
According to the airport's
website, Delta flight 6501 to and from LaGuardia has been delayed.
The website said the flight's arrival time originally
scheduled for 10:41 a.m. has been delayed until 12:18 p.m.
According to ILM, the flight originally scheduled to leave
Wilmington at 11:29 a.m. has been delayed until 12:30 p.m.
The Federal
Aviation Administration is reporting weather and wind is the cause for the delays
in LaGuardia.
It is always a good idea to check with your airline to
determine if your flight it affected by delays.
