A handful of other areas are facing scattered power outages as well, as powerful wind gusts move through the Cape Fear region Friday morning. You can follow the outage map here. Brunswick Electric Membership Corporation reports minimal effect on outages. You can check the latest BEMC numbers here.
Also, Wilmington International Airport is showing flights to New York today on Delta have been cancelled. The 7:12 a.m. and 11:29 a.m. departures to the Big Apple are cancelled as of Friday morning due to the weather.
