
WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) -Strong to severe storms are possible Thursday night with the passage of a very strong cold front, according to the National Weather Service.
Damaging winds are the primary threat although we cannot completely rule out an isolated tornado. Expect winds to reach 20 to 30 miles per hour with gusts up to 40 miles per hour throughout the night Thursday into the day Friday.
No watches or warnings have been issued at this time.
