21-year-old Jamie Burton was arrested and charged with the following, according to Dect. Malpass with the sheriff's office:
-Second degree arson
-Felony breaking and entering
-Larceny after breaking and entering
-Felony possession of stolen goods
Malpass says there will be another arrest in the case.
