George Bryan at a Dallas workout in June.Former New Hanover Wildcat George Bryan has been signed by the Cleveland Browns to the practice squad.
Bryan worked out with the Browns on Tuesday and was signed to a contract Wednesday.
The TE was originally signed by the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free-agent in April but was waived on June 19.
Bryan was a four-year starter at North Carolina State where he caught 126 career passes for 1,323 yards for 17 touchdowns.
