Suspect still wanted after allegedly burglarizing ex-girlfriend's home, assaulting her

TYLER, TX (KLTV) -

The Tyler Police Department and Smith County Sheriff's Department are seeking 33-year-old Joshua Kyle Henderson of Flint, TX.

According to the Tyler Police Department, Henderson is wanted for burglary after breaking into his ex-girlfriend's home and assaulting her, then burglarizing the residence.

Police believe that Henderson is armed and should be considered dangerous. He was last seen driving a 2011 silver Kia Sorento with Texas license plate BZ5W413.

Henderson is also wanted for two counts of fraud in Smith County.
