Michael Supak (Source: New Hanover County Jail)WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - The case of a Hoggard High School teacher and football coach will go before a grand jury.
Michael Supak was arrested in November and charged for forcing a kiss onto a female student on school grounds.
His case was scheduled for court Thursday, but the next court date could be as far away as March 2013.
Supak was suspended with pay the same day of his arrest, and a spokesperson for New Hanover County Schools confirmed that his is still on paid leave.
