
BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) – Did you know you could be living in the state's most expensive housing market?
According to the Coldwell Banker Home Listing report, Ocean Isle and Sunset Beach are the two most expensive housing markets in North Carolina.
While Chapel Hill falls third as the most expensive, Oak Island, Surf City and Hampstead all made the top ten with Southport trailing right behind in the 11th spot on the list.
Here's a list of the top ten most expensive housing markets in North Carolina. The list studies four bedroom, two bathroom homes.
