Bobby Nichols is charged with the murder of his wife, Rosalind Nichols.
Mr. Nichols was set to go to trial at 9 a.m., but that trial was continued to January 14th.
A lack of communication between The State and the defense caused the delay. Judge Kerry Russell said it was evident the attorneys needed help getting their case ready for trial. He told them its hard to keep things on schedule when attorneys don't pick up the phone and call their opposing counsel.
