County commissioners voted Tuesday to sue Clancy & Theys Construction Company.
The business was contracted with the county to renovate the Cobb Annex Building of the courthouse in downtown Wilmington.
WECT.com is told that the reason for the lawsuit is defective work.
Commissioners made the decision in closed session, so few details are known at this time.
