WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – Congressional candidates Mike McIntyre and David Rouzer are planning to visit with voters across the Seventh Congressional District on election day.

McIntyre is the 8-term incumbent being challenged for his seat in the U.S. House of Representatives. Rouzer, a state senator from Johnston County, is making his first bid for a Congressional seat.
