Fire destroys auto parts shop, will not be rebuilt

BLADEN COUNTY, NC (WECT) – The Napa Auto Parts Shop in Bladenboro was burned to the ground in September and will not be rebuilt.
The SBI has completed an investigation in to the fire and no charges will be issued.
According to the business owner, investigators found hotspots as to where the fire could have started, but there wasn't enough evidence to prosecute anyone.
Reynold Hester said they will not rebuild the shop. It has been in the location since the 1940s.
