The Calabash Fire Dept. is asking the public to come and clear out what's left of the building they are about to demolish.CALABASH, NC (WECT) – You could be the new owner of some equipment and supplies from the Calabash Fire Department.
The department is expanding its facilities so it will demolish the current building on Tuesday.
Before the take down the building, they want the public to come and clear everything out from inside. From light fixtures to door knobs to filing cabinets, everything must go.
The fire department yard sale will open on Friday at 9 a.m. and will close at 5 p.m. If supplies last, they will be selling everything on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Everything must go, according to the fire department.
The public is encouraged to bring some of their own tools to take down whatever they might want to buy. Some items will be priced, but people will be able to make an offer on other items.
