- 8-10 pieces toast points
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 T minced spinach and garlic
- 1/4 cup shredded fontina
- 1/4 cup shredded gruyere
- 1 tsp toasted breadcrumbs
Place toast points in 350 degree oven for five minutes to warm.
In sauce pan warm cream. When heated add cheese and spinach. Warm stirring in pan.
