Spinach Fonduta

  • 8-10 pieces toast points
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 T minced spinach and garlic
  • 1/4 cup shredded fontina
  • 1/4 cup shredded gruyere
  • 1 tsp toasted breadcrumbs

Place toast points in 350 degree oven for five minutes to warm.

In sauce pan warm cream. When heated add cheese and spinach. Warm stirring in pan.

Place cream and cheese mixture in rarebit and top with breadcrumbs. Serve.
