It happened at "Pop Shop" on Market Street.
Dispatch said two men jumped out of the car, but authorities did manage to nab one of them.
A moped seems to be involved in the crash somehow, but it's not clear if anyone was on it when the SUV struck the building.
No other details have been released at this time.
