WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Rafael became a hurricane Monday evening south of Bermuda. The hurricane will track east of Bermuda Tuesday evening and is not a threat to the U.S. Remember don't let your guard down. Hurricane season doesn't end until November 30.
