WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) – The last of the clouds that have shielded us from the sun are moving off shore as high pressure drifts in from the north.
Our forecast is shaping up to be amazing through the remainder of the week as an evening, dry passing cold front will help push temperatures down across the region.
While our high temperatures will move into the mid-70s, our overnight low temperatures will plummet by Friday morning once the breezy Thursday winds subside. We should bottom out in the mid 40s for the start of the day Friday, gradually warming up to the 80s by the end of the weekend.
