Courtney Melvin hasn't been added to the Fayetteville State roster on the website yet, but in a text to WECT Melvin confirmed that she will be playing basketball for the Broncos. "I am on the team, I'm officially a bronco." This ends days of confusion if Melvin was on the team.
The University confirmed that Melvin has been involved in pre-season conditioning activities with the team. She hadn't been added to the roster as she worked her way back into playing shape. Melvin's text confirms that she plans to play for the Broncos.
