In Chapel Hill, NC, the Ronald McDonald House has succeeded in providing the warmth and comforts of home for more than 2,100 families with seriously ill or injured children each year. One of 300 Ronald McDonald Houses in over 30 countries, the Ronald McDonald House of Chapel Hill is proud to partner with Charity Fundraising Packages for their upcoming event, “A Tasteful Affair.” The premier tasting event of the season in Chapel Hill, A Tasteful Affair joins thirty of the finest establishments to serve up delicious samplings to tempt your taste buds.
Elizabeth Hullender of the Ronald McDonald House comments, “We’re really excited to partner with Charity Fundraising Packages for this event. We will be auctioning several music themed autographed items like a Rolling Stones electric guitar, autographed James Taylor items, sports memorabilia from UNC and a Nascar Racing experience just to name a few.”
"Many may not know that Ronald McDonald House (Huntington, West Virginia chapter) was our first charity partner when we started our fundraising company back in May of 2006. Since then we have always had a soft spot for any Ronald McDonald House chapter and try to help as many as possible."
