Hawaiin Crab Salad

1 cup chunked snow crab meat (8 ounces)
1 fresh pineapple
1 avacado
1 tbs. lemon juice
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
2 finely chopped green onions
1 cup mayo
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Once snow crab meat has been picked out of shell, break it into bite size chunks and place in mixing bowl.  Next, halve pineapple lenthwise and remove core, take a spoon and scoop out pineapple into chunks.  Then peel avacado, coarsely dice avacado, add to bowl and sprinke with lemon juice.  Add to salad water chestnuts and green onions.  Lightly fold the salad together and place back into the pineapple shell.  For garnish add the curry powder to the mayo, whip together, and spoon over salad.  Servings 4.
