Mediterranean Grouper

2 lbs. grouper
1/4 wortershire
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced artichoke hearts
1/2 sliced black olives
1/4 cup minced onion
1 cup marinara sauce
olive oil
chopped parsley
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Combine lemon and worstershire sauce to marinate grouper in for 5 minutes.  Once grouper is marinated lightly flour each side of the filet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.  Meanwhile, in a medium size saute pan start sauteeing mushrooms, artichoke hearts, olives, and onions in olive oil until onion is slightly transparent, and stir in marinara sauce.  Last, spoon mixture over grouper and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and place in oven at 350 degrees until cheese has melted.  Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
