J.D. Pardo stars as Nate, a member of the militia conflicted with his feelings for Charlie Matheson in NBC's "Revolution." Pardo began his acting career in NBC's 2004 hit musical series, "American Dream," and "Clubhouse." Playing recurring arcs on both shows, Pardo soon drew attention and was cast in the movie "A Girl Like Me: The Gwen Araujo Story," which chronicles the true story of a transgendered teen, Gwen Araujo, who was murdered. He was nominated for an Imagen Foundation Award, which honors positive portrayal of Latinos in the media.
Pardo's success continued and in 2007 when he joined Emma Stone, Nathan Fillion and Melanie Lynskey in the series "Drive" created by Tim Minear and Ben Queen. The following year he was cast in Guillermo Arriaga's film, "The Burning Plain." Starring alongside Charlize Theron and Jennifer Lawrence, Pardo made his mark on screen as a young teenager trying to piece together his shattered life. He will next appear in "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 2." He also co-starred in the film "Snitch" with Dwayne Johnson.
