Authentic Greek salad

For two people

  • 2 Fresh tomatoes
  • half a red onion
  • half a cucumber
  • half a green pepper
  • extra virgin olive oil first pressed
  • Greek sea salt
  • oregano
  • Greek feta
  • Kalamata pitted olives

We cut up the tomatoes in chunks. Not really a necessity to cut them a particular style. We then cut up the onions and peppers in chunks as well, in order for them to free fall in the salad. We slice up the cucumbers as best as we can. We then drizzle olive oil in the salad, salt and oregano (in that order). Then we put a block of feta on top, put a drop of olive oil and spread the olives.
