WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - The Trader Joe's Market in Wilmington is expected to be open in time for Christmas shopping.
According to a news release, the store is slated to open November 30.
The business that will sit at the intersection of College Road and Oleander Drive has already seen a lot of progress.
Earlier this week, crews tore down the old Enterprise car rental business that was on the site.
According to plans submitted with the city, the grocery store will be 13,000 square feet. The company expects to hire about 75 workers and will start taking job applications October 29.
