In small bowl combine garlic, 1/2 tsp. of salt, ginger, lime juice, olive oil, sesame oil, and margartia mixer and stir until mixed well. Marinate tuna steaks on a large plate with marinade. After 15 minutes, cook steaks on grill or in a large skillet about 4 minutes on each side or until cooked to a medium state.
In a medium size saute pan heat 2 tbs. olive oil then add bacon stirring until crisp. Next add onions, jalepeno, oregano, thyme, and garlic and cook for one minute more. Lastly, add tomatoes and lightly season with salt. Saute for another minute. Serve vegetable mixture over a bed of rice along with tuna steak. Serving 4.
