Spicy Crab Stuffed Mushroom

6 3 inch white mushrooms cleaned and stems removed
1 lb lump crabmeat
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/4 lb montery jack cheese with japepenos thinly sliced
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup mayo
1/2 cup grated parmasean cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Place large mushroom caps upside down in baking pan.  Next, in a large bowl mix together crab meat, garlic, wortsterhsire, hot sauce, salt, mayo, and grated parmasean cheese.  Once mixed well place a heaping spoonfull of crab mixture into the cap of each mushroom.  Lastly, cover the crab meat with the monterery jack jalapeno cheese.  Bake 20 to 25 minutes until cheese has browned.  Excellent when served with garlic toast as an appetizer
