Tuesday morning prosecutors and defense lawyers will lay out their cases in the trial of a Wilmington man accused in a crime spree.
Dennis Smith is accused of terrorizing customers and employees at restaurants in Wilmington more than a year ago.
Smith's supposed partner in crime was convicted last month. Donquill Suell was sentenced to at least 60 years in prison for the roberries.
The jury will hear opening statements in Smith's case on Tuesday.
