BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WECT) –There's a new deal in place for the old community hospital site in Brunswick County.
County Commissioners voted Monday night to approve the deal.
Crown Management will take over the site. The new deal has Crown paying $1.5 million to buy the property at the end of a five year lease.
The offer is contingent on Crown getting the approval to operate a residential psychiatric treatment facility on the property.
It's also based on no upset offers coming in for the property within ten days.
