CARY, NC (WECT) – Iron Works productions plans to film at least one scene of Iron Man 3 in Cary next week.
The production's Assistant Location Manager Ben Stolte requested four motorcycle officers from the Town of Cary to escort a caravan down the street as crews are filming and to briefly hold traffic at a few intersections they would cross in the process.
At the time of the request, crews had not nailed down an exact location but predicted they would film around the SAS campus likely using Harrison Avenue, Cary Parkway or Weston Parkway.
Filming will likely take place in Cary June 6.
