A deputy in Brunswick County was demoted today after being involved in an accident Wednesday morning.

When a former captain for an area fire department resigned recently, he didn't offer many details as to why he was leaving. But now, he's saying it's because of unfair work conditions and stress brought on by a particular councilmember.

You've heard of people getting DUIs in cars, but how often have you heard of anyone being arrested for driving a lawnmower while drunk? Oddly enough, that's exactly what landed one 69-year-old man behind bars.
