Captain's Choice Shrimp Burgers

1 1/2 lbs. jumbo shrimp (chopped)

1/2 cup chopped yellow onion

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

1/2 cup chopped celery

1 lg. egg

2 tbls. old bay spice

1 cup bread crumbs

olive oil

Onion Kaiser Rolls

tarter sauce

shredded lettuce

sliced vine ripe tomatoes

2 can french style fried onions

1 cup flour

salt and pepper

In a large bowl combine shrump, onions, bell peppers, celery, bread crumbs, old bay and eggs. Mix well then cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Heat a saute pan to medium heat, add 2 tbls. olive oil.

Using your hands form shrimp mixture into patties and place in saute pan. Cook on each side untilgolden brown, making sure patties are cooked all the way through. (Aproximately 10 minutes)
