Peel and de-vein shrimp; chop tomatoes; slice onions; chop garlic; and shred cheese. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Sautee shrimp, scallops, jalapenos, onions and tomatoes in butter, garlic and Old Bay until shrimp are pink (about 5 minutes). Add tequila and heavy cream and let simmer approximately 10-15 minutes. Place one layer of corn tortillas in a greased 9" x 11" casserole dish. Spread 1/2 of seafood mixture evenly over tortillas and cover with cheese. Repeat another layer of tortillas and seafood mixture and again cover with cheese. Place one more layer of t
ortillas and top with remaining cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy! May serve with a side of sour cream.
