Japeno/Pineapple/Cheese Corn Bread

2 boxes of corn muffin mix

4 eggs

1 16oz. tub of cottage cheese

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup chopped jalapenos

20oz can crushed pineapple in its own juice

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Then put into a rectangular baking pan. Bake for 45 minutes @ 350 degrees. Cut into squares when cooled a bit. Best served warm.
