CUMBERLAND CO., NC (WECT) - A man in Fayetteville is accused of kidnapping a 13-year-old girl and selling her into sexual servitude. Kadeem Kirk, 20, faces 23 felony charges.
Authorities say he took the girl from her home to a local motel and forced her to have sexual relations with five men. Investigators say the victim was then given money and drugs.
Kirk was arrested at his grandmother's home around 10:00 a.m. Monday. A viewer saw his picture on television and called authorities.
Kirk faces the following charges:
His bond was set at $1.9 million.
