President Obama is in Afghanistan on the anniversary of Osama bin Laden's death, where he is said to be signing a security pact.

A former informational technology technician at a local community college was in court for the first time today on a charge of having an inappropriate relationship with a high school student, and he was told not to have any contact with the alleged victim.
