Marinated Pork Tenderloin

1/2 cup Carbernet wine vinegar

1 1/2 cups olive oil

1 tbsp. greek seasoning

1 tbsp. chopped garlic

1 tbsp. chopped parsley

Herb Crusting

1 cup bread crumbs

1/2 cup all purpose flour

2 tbsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning

1 tbsp. Greek Seasoning

Mix Marinade ingredients together and pour over tenderloins. Let marinate for 1 or 2 hours.

Mix Herb crust ingredients together.

In a large skillet heat 1/4 cup olive oil. Remove tenderloins from marinade and coat with herb crust. Place in saute's skillet and brown evenly on both sides. Remove tenderloins from skillet and place on sheet pan. Place in preheated (400 degrees) oven for 15-20 minutes.
