Grilled Grouper Wraps

1 lb. Grouper (grilled)

1 cup diced cucumber

1/4 cup diced green onions

1/4 cup diced fresh dill

1 cup diced red pepper

1 1/2 cup kernel sweet corn

1/2 cup ranch dressing

5 10-inch flour tortillas


In a small bowl mix cucumber, green onions, dill, red pepper, and corn. Next Lie out your tortilla and layer with lettuce. Then place 1/4 pound of grilled grouper in the center of the wrap. Next spoon 3 tbs. of vegetable mixture over grouper. Last drizzle 2 tbs. of ranch dressing over the wraps. Fold the wrap.
