
People holding up crosses and signs with messages to reform immigration laws and to make human rights available to everyone.WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - Some folks spent their Palm Sunday marching for human rights and immigration reform.
This year marks the 26th year Witness for Peace and other organizations have had their annual Pilgrimage for Justice and Peace across the State of North Carolina.
This year's walk started in Wilmington with people holding up crosses and signs with messages to reform immigration laws and to make human rights available to everyone.
The walk will continue in different cities each day until Good Friday at the end of the week. The group will finish up the walk in Raleigh.
