- 1 bunch each of Organic Kale, Collards and Chard
- 2 cups Red Cabbage cut up
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Tamari
- 1/2 cup Brown Rice Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds
- 1 Block Baked Tofu (sliced)
Cut greens into bite size pieces. Mix greens and
cabbage together add baked tofu, olive oil, tamari, brown rice vinegar
and sesame seeds. Toss and Enjoy!!!!
How to Cut and Press Tofu
- 1 Block Tofu
- 1 cup Tamari
Slice tofu and place on a cookie sheet that has a
small cloth towel on it. Place another small cloth towel on top and put
something heavy on it to press all the water out. Leave in refrigerator
overnight. Discard towels and pour 1 cup tamari over it and bake in 350 for 30
- 40 minutes till firm
