Mediterranen Seafood Salad

Ingredients

1 cup broiled shrimp

1/2 cup steamed crabmeat

1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

1/2 cup diced red pepper

1/2 cup sliced cucumber

1/2 cup sliced yellow onion

1/4 cup pitted, sliced black olives

2 tsp. chopped fine fresh cilantro

2 tsp. chopped fine fresh basil

whole green olives

crumble feta cheese

2 tbl. olive oil

1 tbl. vinegar

salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients into large bowl. Toss gently until mixed well and served on pita bread.
