WILMINGTON, NC (WECT) - With Feb. 29 only coming around once every four years, two special babies made their entrances into the world Wednesday.

Babies named Jackson and Riley are fraternal twins, both born a little after 8 a.m. at New Hanover Regional Medical Center.

They weighed in at about six pounds.

The boys' mom, Heather, says they came about a week early, and she's already figured out a way to tell the twins apart -- she says they each have a slightly different hair color.
