It's a daily exercise ritual in China, and here in the U.S., millions of Americans practice Tai Chi to gain strength, learn self defense moves, and channel their energies. Elizabeth signed up for a Tai Chi class and learned from one of Wilmington's most experienced martial arts instructor. Grandmaster John Stover, teaches all ages, from children to senior citizens.
