The DWI case against Pender County Commissioner David Williams has been continued once again.
MECKLENBURG COUNTY, NC (WECT) – The DWI case against Pender County Commissioner David Williams has been continued once again.
Williams, a commissioner for District 1 in Pender County, was in court Monday in Mecklenburg County on a DWI charge from December 3, 2010.
A motion was made to suppress the breathalyzer evidence and the judge granted the motion.
The DWI case has been continued to March 26.
Court records show Williams was charged with a DWI in 1993 and pleaded guilty in 1994.
